Our clinicians work with you under the direction of a physician’s order, your homebound status, and level of care required. Please note that we must have a referral from from your doctor in order to begin the intake process.
Patients receiving home care may include those who are recovering from an illness or injury, persons who are disabled and/or chronically ill, newborns and mothers eligible for maternal infant care services, etc.
We accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. If your insurance does not cover the service or you are uninsured, we provide sliding scale fees.
