Group Picnic Permit

Sullivan County through its Parks and Recreation Department extends an invitation to its residents and visitors to rent picnic pavilions located at three (3) of its County Parks. Pavilions are available on a first come - first serve basis. Groups may reserve a covered picnic pavilion at Lake Superior State Park (3 pavilions available), Minisink Battleground Park and Livingston Manor Covered Bridge Park. Each group picnic pavilion is furnished with 8 to 10 picnic tables and a group cooking grill. Permanent or temporary restroom facilities are located near all pavilions. A group picnic permit is also required for all groups consisting of 25 people or more who plan on using a county park.

To reserve a pavilion or set up for a group usage at any county park call (845) 807-0287 or email scparks@sullivanny.gov to confirm your desired date and request a group picnic permit application form.
