The Department of Grants Administration (DGA) facilitates access to discretionary funding for Sullivan County units of government, provides guidance related to grant compliance, and monitors existing County grant projects.
DGA’s role in the County is pursuant to enhancing community and economic development, health and wellness, and public safety. DGA does not offer grants or write applications on behalf of outside entities, but as time permits staff may be of assistance by supplying information about grant-related resources.
Residents of Sullivan County or individuals representing a Sullivan County-based business, municipality, or not-for-profit organization may complete a Funding Resource Request Form to request information.
Note: the Funding Resource Request form is not a grant application; it is a request for resources only. The determination to provide external assistance is made by the County Manager and is based on DGA staff availability and overall grant readiness
