Liberty, NY – Sullivan County Public Health Services has confirmed that a patron at the Liberty Diner tested positive for COVID-19 and may have exposed others while visiting during their infectious period.

Public Health Services is advising anyone who was at the diner, located at 30 Sullivan Avenue in Liberty, during the following dates and times that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

•           November 21 from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Callicoon, NY – At least four COVID-19 cases at Peppino’s Restaurant in Callicoon have been confirmed by Sullivan County Public Health Services.

Public Health is advising anyone who was at the restaurant, located at 31 Lower Main Street in Callicoon, during business hours on the following dates that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

Rock Hill, NY – Sullivan County Public Health Services has confirmed that a Rock Hill Dollar General employee tested positive for COVID-19 and may have exposed others while working.

Public Health Services is advising anyone who was at the Dollar General, 37 Glen Wild Road, Rock Hill on the following dates that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

Monticello, NY – Effective Monday, November 30, all visitors to the Sullivan County Government Center in Monticello will be screened for COVID-19 exposure prior to conducting business in the building. Except for public meetings, all visits must be by appointment.

Monticello, NY – Sullivan County Public Health Services has confirmed that two Town of Thompson Walmart employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and may have exposed others while working.

Public Health Services is advising anyone who was at Walmart, 41 Anawana Lake Road, Monticello during the following dates and times that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

Lake Huntington, NY – An event at The Nutshell, a bar at 6692 Route 52 in Lake Huntington, has resulted in at least six COVID-19-positive infections since the middle of this month. Sullivan County Public Health Services determined that an individual, who subsequently tested positive for coronavirus, attended the gathering during their infectious period.

Public Health Services is advising anyone who was at that location on the following dates that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

Livingston Manor, NY – An individual who received a positive COVID-19 test result today dined at the Arnold House, 839 Shandelee Road, Livingston Manor during their infectious period and may have unintentionally exposed others.

Sullivan County Public Health Services is advising anyone who was at the restaurant at the following date and time that they may have been exposed to coronavirus:

Monticello, NY – Sullivan County Public Health Services is alerting anyone who visited the Sullivan County Government Center lobby in Monticello and who may have been in close proximity to the ballot-counting activity at the Board of Elections on the following dates and times that they may have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19:

Liberty, NY – The Disease Control (Epidemiology) team at Sullivan County Public Health Services is urging local residents who have come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19 to quarantine for the recommended 14 days.

The renewed urgency comes as cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus have spiked sharply both locally and Statewide. At the start of this week, 25 new positive cases were reported, up from 100 active cases on Friday, Nov. 13, and a significant increase from 35 active cases just over a month ago.
