DA Training

Monticello, NY – The Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office recently presented a two-day, countywide training for law enforcement professionals, held on March 17 and March 19, focused on enhancing investigative strategies in cyber-related crimes and special victims’ cases.

“These trainings reflect our continued commitment to equipping our law enforcement partners with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively investigate and prosecute complex cases,” said District Attorney Brian P. Conaty. “By strengthening our collaborative efforts and emphasizing victim centered approaches, we are better positioned to serve our community and seek justice for all victims of crime.”

Under the leadership of District Attorney Conaty, bringing together every law enforcement agency in Sullivan County, enhances investigative effectiveness, and promotes a unified effort to enhance public safety through professional development.

  • The professional development conducted by the Sullivan County District Attorney’s staff included three key sessions: “The Role of a Crime Victim Advocate and Partnering with Law Enforcement,” presented by Jade Corelli,
  • Crime Victim Specialist Coordinator; “Domestic Violence and Special Victims: Investigations to Prosecutions,” presented by Senior Assistant District Attorney Jenna Hastings, Special Victim Investigations; and
