UPDATE: Monticello Rabies Clinic POSTPONED

Update (June 20th):

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Rabies Clinic scheduled for Wednesday, June 21 at De Hoyos Park in Monticello must be postponed. Further information, including a rescheduled date, will be forthcoming.

MONTICELLO - Bring your dog, cat or ferret to De Hoyos Park in Monticello on Wednesday, June 21 for a free rabies clinic!

Sullivan County Public Health Services, the Town of Thompson and the Village of Monticello are teaming up to provide this public clinic from 6-7:30 p.m. at the park on Hay Street.

Rabies is a serious, potentially lethal risk for pets and their owners throughout Sullivan County, and pet owners are urged to bring their pets to this clinic if they are unvaccinated or have not had a rabies vaccination in the past three years or longer. If a prior rabies vaccination certificate is provided, pets will receive a 3-year vaccination; otherwise, a 1-year vaccination will be administered.

All owners must bring their pets in a carrier or on a leash and must clean up after them. Pets have to be at least 3 months old.
